Welcome to Unheard Creations. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

  1. General Use
    You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of it without written permission from Unheard Creations.
  2. Orders & Payment
    Prices are shown in your selected currency and checkout will process payment in that currency based on current exchange rates. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order if fraud or misuse is suspected. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once an order is given to the carrier, Unheard Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs processing times.
  4. Customs Duties & Taxes
    International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are set and collected by the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless specifically stated. If these fees are not paid and a shipment is refused or abandoned, the order is not eligible for a refund.
  5. Returns & Refunds
    Returns are accepted only if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    Unheard Creations is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs fees, or lost packages.
  7. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
